Parents,

Provo High will be hosting a Physical night on May 23rd @ 4:40 pm. If your child needs a physical for the upcoming year, this is a great time to get that done.

Cost is $20 and all proceeds go to the sports medicine program.

All physicals for the upcoming year must be done on or after April 15th.
